Brazil's Klabin said it has signed a three-part financing package for $800 million to fund the Puma II project.The São Paulo-based paper producer secured a $378 million A loan from IDB Invest and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and got a $350 million B loan from eight commercial banks, Klabin said in a statement. Klabin also said it received $245 million from the Finnish export credit agency Finnvera.The A loan carries a tenor of 10 years with a three-year grace period and pays Libor
