Peterson Offshore Group said it has partnered with Brazil's Itaoca Offshore to develop a private port terminal in Itapemirim in the state of Espírito Santo. The terminal will serve offshore oil and gas companies in the Espírito Santo Basin and the northern part of the Campos Basin. The project requires BRL450 million ($106 million) in investments, according to Itaoca. Peterson did not say how much it will invest in the project.
