Argentina's Generación Mediterránea said Monday that it plans to sell up to $35 million in step-up bonds and up to another $31 million in a joint deal with Central Térmica Roca, as both power generation companies seek funds to refinance debts. In the first deal, Mediterránea said it will offer $35 million in dollar-denominated bonds through an auction that runs until Friday, according to a securities filing.
