Sacyr concession considers bond sale to pay back loan

Valles del Desierto, a Chilean toll road concessionaire owned by Spain's Sacyr, said it could sell bonds next year to pay off a UF3.74 million ($117 million) line of credit it got from BancoEstado late last month. The concessionaire has until the end of September 2020 to issue the new notes, or it could extend the credit line by up to another four years, it said in a securities filing.
