Colombia's Finance Ministry has dropped plans to offload its stake in Interconexión Eléctrica (ISA), withdrawing an invitation for investment banks to present offers on how structure the sale of the state-owned holding company. The ministry issued the invitation in mid-September, looking to sell its 51.4% stake in ISA in a deal that was expected to be worth around $3.3 billion.
