IEnova, the Mexican subsidiary of the US company Sempra Energy, has secured $200 million in loans from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the North American Development Bank (NADB) to finance four solar projects.
IFC will provide $100 million from its own account for the 376 MW portfolio, while the NADB will supply another $100 million for the 125 MW Don Diego solar park in the state of Sonora, IFC said in a press release.
The loan is the first financing that IFC has provided under
