Brazil's Unidas said it plans to issue BRL200 million ($48 million) in five-year debentures on November 18, following two other debt deals in the local market this year.The car rental company expects to price the new notes at 109.72% of the DI interbank lending rate, it said in a securities filing. In September, when Unidas also prepared to sell BRL200 million in five-year debentures, it expected to price the notes at 108% of the DI.The company carried out a three-part debt deal for BRL1 billion
