A group of foreign investors has come out in support of a proposed debt exchange by the government of Barbados, saying the negotiations it held with the country's finance officials "yielded material improvements over Barbados' initial discussions."Barbados announced the terms of the bond swap on November 5, offering to exchange $540 million in outstanding dollar bonds for new 10-year notes.The exchange involves $150 million in 7.25% 2021 bonds, $200 million in 7% 2022 bonds and $190 million in 6
