Rutas 2 and 7 Finance will meet investors in the United States and Europe before it issues $458m in zero-coupon bonds for a toll road public private partnership (PPP) in Paraguay, said Jorge Vergara, the director of strategic projects at the Ministry of Public Works and Communications, or MOPC.
"They started the roadshow [on Wednesday] and finish late next week," Vergara said, adding that the 15-year notes could price on October 11.
