Brazil's Eneva has sold BRL750m ($181m) in debentures to refinance investments in a thermoelectric power plant in the state of Parnaíba, according to the local capital markets association Anbima.Eneva divided the deal into three parts, with BRL360m in seven-year notes, BRL290m in five-year notes and BRL100m in three-year notes, according to Anbima.The lead bookrunner Itaú BBA priced the 2026 notes at the DI interbank lending rate plus 1.4% and set the 2024s at DI plus 1.01% and the 2022s at DI p
