Chilean winery preps bond sales

Chile's VSPT Wine Group is looking to take advantage of a decline in interest rates and sell UF3m ($114m) in local bonds to finance investments and refinance debt. Led by Banco BICE, the winery will sell 10-year and 30-year bonds, each for UF.15m, and also put some of the money into working capital, VSPT said in a securities filing.While the range of possible uses for the funds is wide, VSPT most likely will use them to refinance debts, "considering the current positive rate scenario," said Rodo
