Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (TSTT) has issued $400m in 10-year bonds to consolidate all its liabilities in a single facility, according to a source involved in the deal.
The telecommunications company, owned by the government and UK-based C&W Communications, sold $300m in dollar-denominated notes and another $100m in Trinidad and Tobago dollars under Reg S/Rule 144A, the source said.
