Cofide readies first sustainable notes in Peru

Peru's Cofide said it plans to sell the first sustainable bonds in the local market with support from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). The Lima-based development bank will sell up to PEN100m ($29.7m) in three-year notes and use the proceeds to fund microbusinesses, water treatment projects and green vehicles, it said in the marketing material.
