Peru's Cofide said it plans to sell the first sustainable bonds in the local market with support from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
The Lima-based development bank will sell up to PEN100m ($29.7m) in three-year notes and use the proceeds to fund microbusinesses, water treatment projects and green vehicles, it said in the marketing material. It plans to issue the new notes by October 25, it added.
