Pan American Energy, the second largest oil producer in Argentina, sold ARS7.2bn ($124m) in one-year, peso-denominated bonds, twice the originally proposed amount, as it seeks funds for drilling. Led by Santander and HSBC, Pan American planned to reopen its 2020 notes for at least ARS3.6bn but got bids for the maximum of ARS7.2bn that it offered on Thursday, the company said in a securities filing. Ahead of the sale, sources said the appetite for corporate bonds has been increasing in Argentina
