Peru's Autopista del Norte (Aunor) has agreed to terms for a five-year, $350m loan to repay debt and fund additional works on the Pativilca-Trujillo toll road concession, said a source close to the deal.
The joint mandated lead arrangers SMBC and Credicorp Capital have brought in six other lenders to the deal, the source said.
Aunor could sign the loan in the next couple of weeks and get the money to pay off project debt and fund part of the $350m in additional investments, the source added.
