Brazil's Atacadão and Movida have raised a combined BRL1.5bn ($402m) from the sale of debentures in the local market, according to the capital markets association Anbima.
Atacadão, the wholesale unit of Carrefour in Brazil, sold BRL700m in one-year notes and BRL200m in 60-day notes. Itaú BBA priced the one-year paper at 102.3% of the DI interbank lending rate and the short-term notes at 100.75% of the DI.
