Gás Natural Açu secures loan for LNG power projects

Gás Natural Açu (GNA), a joint venture formed by Prumo Logistica, BP and Siemens, has obtained a BRL1.76bn ($460m) loan from BNDES for the development of the 1.338GW UTE GNA phase I project, according to the development bank. German development and export finance bank KfW IPEX-Bank and insurance provider Euler Hemer Aktiengesellschaft partnered to provide a guarantee related to the completion of the project, BNDES said.  The debt package finances 39% of the total investment of BRL4.5bn that is
