Agibank reignites IPO plans

Brazilian online lender Banco Agibank is considering plans to relaunch its IPO in the second half of the year, two sources familiar with the transaction told LatinFinance. According to one ECM banker, Agibank could issue stock "as long as market conditions hold." The online lender called off its proposed IPO in September after a legal deadline passed once the company filed documentation with the securities regulator CVM.
