Brazil's NotreDame Intermédica has sold BRL900m ($237m) in debentures through its subsidiary BCBF Participações, according to the local capital markets association Anbima.
Citi priced the four-year notes at 100bp over the DI interbank lending rate, with Bradesco as the agent bank and Planner as the trustee. The DI stood at 6.4% on January 23.
Citi led a $220m syndicated loan to finance Intermédica's BRL1.2bn acquisition of the smaller healthcare firm Green Line Sistema de Saúde.
