BOW Power's Cajamarca Transmission Line in Peru has obtained $175m in 29-year hybrid debt, refinancing a previous facility attributed to the power asset.
Natixis arranged a $100m BBB- rated private placement among three US-based insurance companies, while the rest was placed in a fixed-floating rate loan, the French investment bank said in a statement on Thursday.
The three insurers were AIG, Pacific Life and MetLife.
Both the private placement and the loan rank pari passu, Natixis said.
