The IDB raised $2.8bn in 10-year, cross-border debt this week, pricing the 2028 note with a 3.125% coupon after central banks and official institutions made up the majority of the order book.
The multilateral financier priced the notes at 18.15bp over the 10-year US Treasury bond, indicating a yield of 3.15%.
Orders swelled to $4.1bn, according to a statement from the IDB.
