Credit Suisse has been mandated to build certificados de proyectos de inversion (CerPI) funds for two asset managers in Mexico's equity capital market.
Private equity firm KKR is looking for up to $500m in a 60-year CerPI fund and aims to raise at least $100m this month, according to a source familiar with the proceedings.
Venture capital firm Ignia Partners picked the Swiss investment bank for its Administradora Ignia III fund, but is yet to outline how much it seeks to raise in the CerPI.
