Vinte Viviendas Integrales has placed its maiden sustainable bond in Mexico's capital markets, selling MXN800m ($42m) in seven-year, fixed-rate bonds.
The homebuilder snared the debt at 9.83% and will repay the bond semi-annually, a DCM banker familiar with the transaction said.
Books were 1.5x oversubscribed with orders from afores, mutual funds, insurance companies and retail investors, the source added.
