Brazilian private equity firm IG4 Capital and Canada's Alberta Investment Corp. (AIMCo) have agreed to a primary investment of BRL400m ($106.5m) into FIP Iguá. According to the investors, funds will be used by FIP Iguá – the majority shareholder of Iguá Saneamento – to expand investments into its 18 concessions and public-private partnerships.
