Stone Pagamentos is in talks with six banks over a potential IPO that could hit screens shortly after the Brazilian presidential election in October.
Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and Citi were mandated to lead the offering, while Morgan Stanley, Itau BBA and Credit Suisse were named bookrunners, according to two ECM bankers. Sources at the banks declined to comment.
