Phoenix Tower International has agreed to buy Altice Dominicana's Teletorres del Caribe telecommunications assets in the Dominican Republic for $170m. The Blackstone portfolio company picks up 1,049 telecom tower sites currently operated by the European cable company's local subsidiary. Altice Dominicana will enter into a 20-year master agreement with Teletorres del Caribe, which will continue to deploy the telecommunications network.
