Ecuador's Ministry of Transport and Public Works (MTOP) has unveiled two road public-private partnerships (PPPs) to a series of investors in Quito.
The Ministry presented the PPP modalities of the Santo Domingo-Quevedo and Quevedo-Babahoyo-Jujan roads and is now waiting to receive expressions of interest from potential bidders.
Developers will have to build, operate and maintain the two roads for 28 years and 27 years, respectively.
