Colombian infrastructure developer Interconexion Electrica (ISA) outlined its proposal for Panama’s Cuarta Linea de Transmision Electrica, the Central American country's first 500kV transmission line.
According to ISA, the 137 km, two substation project is valued at $520m and connects Panama City and Colon to electrical plants in Chiriqui and Bocas del Toro.
