Canada's Aimia has rejected an $180m offer from Grupo Aeroméxico to buy a stake in their joint loyalty program operator PLM Premier.
Aeroméxico, which holds a 51% stake in PLM, is looking to take full control of the company that operates its Club Premier frequent flyer program. Aimia owns 48.9% of PLM.
"The company has promptly rejected the offer as it believes the stake in PLM is worth significantly more than the offer price," Aimia said in a statement.
