TIM Participações, the Brazilian subsidiary of Telecom Italia, said it has appointed Sami Foguel to replace Stefano De Angelis as CEO. Foguel joins TIM on July 23. He worked as the COO of TAP Air Portugal from 2017 and as vice president of costumer operations and the chief cargo officer for the local airline Azul from 2014.
