Arroyo Energy secures Mexican project debt

Arroyo Energy has secured $126m in project debt for the 129 MW Pem Corp open cycle gas power plant in Nuevo León, Mexico, according to three sources familiar with the transaction. Natixis and SMBC served as joint bookrunners on the five-year term loan, while the Korea Development Bank also joined as a lender.
