Brazil's CCR ups stake in San Jose airport

Brazil's CCR has agreed to purchase another 48.4% in Aeris, the concessionaire of the San Jose airport in Costa Rica, for $60m. The transaction lifts the infrastructure operator's stake in Aeris to 97.15% and also increases its share in Ibsa, the airport's operator, to 99.64% from 49.64%. According to a securities filing from CCR, the transaction value can accrue a further 10% in annual interest effective of December 2017, until the conclusion of the acquisition.
