Brazil's Linx said it has agreed to buy DCG Soluções, the owner of EZ Commerce, for up to BRL67m ($17.7m).
Linx will pay BRL49m upfront and as much as another BRL18m by 2020 if EZ Commerce meets financial and operational targets. EZ Commerce estimated gross sales for 2018 are BRL18m, Linx said in a securities filing.
The retail management software firm previously agreed to buy Único Sistemas for up to BRL25m in April and Itec for up to BRL25.5m in February.
