French investment fund manager Ardian has opened a branch in Santiago, Chile, the firm's maiden office in Latin America and third in the Americas.
Since entering Latin America in 2010, Ardian has acquired and built up LatAm businesses for European portfolio companies. In eight years, the firm has acquired nine businesses with specific exposure to Brazil, Mexico, Chile and Ecuador.
