Prodemex has priced its Fibra-E IPO at the low end of a suggested range, raising MXN6.14bn ($297.2m) in equity certificates on Wednesday morning.
The Mexican infrastructure developer sold 331.67m shares for MXN18.5 apiece, according to an updated prospectus on Mexico's BMV. Leads on Tuesday set a range between MXN18.5 and MXN21.5 per certificate.
