Brazil's BR Distribuidora plans to issue BRL1.01bn ($277m) in debentures tied to the sale of BRL750m in agribusiness receivables certificates, or CRAs, through the local securitization firm Cibrasec.
Banco do Brasil's investment banking division, BB Banco de Investimento, will lead the CRA, with Bradesco BBI, Itaú BBA, Banco Safra and Santander as the other bookrunners.
