Underwriters for Suzano's two-tranche $9.2bn credit facility are in the process of syndicating the loan, two sources familiar with the transaction confirmed.
The Brazilian pulp and paper producer will receive $6.9bn in three-year debt and $2.3bn from a six-year loan. Pricing on the shorter-dated facility is at 133bp over Libor, while the six-year loan came in at 175bp over Libor.
