CFE on Wednesday aimed to wrap up bookbuilding on its Fibra-E IPO, an offering that could reach roughly MXN15.38bn ($820m) based on the middle point of a suggested range.
The state-run utility was offering 750m primary shares between MXN19 and MXN22 apiece, according to a securities filing. Books were scheduled to close on Wednesday, ahead of placement today. Leads can increase the offering with a 112.5m share greenshoe.
