Mexican M&A advisory firm Rión expects to work on eight deals in 2019 and increase revenues by 10% year-on-year to $4m, partner Ricardo Pérez told LatinFinance.
"Our target is to do eight transactions next year and open an office in Monterrey," Pérez said. The firm charges between $450,000 and $800,000 per deal, depending on the size, he added.
