Tresalia, RLH heat up M&A market

The M&A market has seen a spate of deals by Mexican firms, as the private equity group Tresalia has sold its stake in the US fashion company Tory Burch and the real estate company RLH Properties has acquired the Hotel Villa Magna in Madrid. Tresalia bought roughly 20% of Tory Burch in 2009, but is sold its stake back to the US company on November 27 for an undisclosed amount.
