Neoenergia, the Brazilian subsidiary of the Spanish power company Iberdrola, has won four of 16 transmission line concessions in an auction by the electricity regulator Aneel. The winning bidders offered average discounts of 46% on the maximum annual revenues set by Aneel. The 30-year concessions require BRL13.2bn ($3.39bn) in investments, Aneel said in a statement.
