France's Colas said it has acquired Conalvias Construcciones' assets in Peru for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition involves mining infrastructure projects and medium- and long-term road maintenance contracts, Colas said in a press release.
The Colombian company's assets in Peru generated €65m ($73.9m) in revenues in 2017, Colas said.
"The acquisition is part of Colas' strategy aiming to gain footholds in targeted countries in South America," Colas said.
