Atacadão, the wholesale unit of Carrefour in Brazil, said it plans to issue BRL900m ($230m) in debentures, split between BRL200m in 60-day notes and BRL700m in one-year notes.
The short-term term notes will price at 100.75bp of the DI interbank lending rate, while the one-year notes will price at 102.3% of the DI, Atacadão said in a securities filing.
