Salud Santiago Oriente has financed a hospital public-private partnership (PPP) in Santiago with $375m from seven lenders, LatinFinance has heard. The lenders were Itaú CorpBanca, Santander, Banco Consorcio, Banco Security, China Construction Bank (CCB), MetLife and Consorcio's life insurance division. The Spanish developer Assignia owns half of Salud Santiago Oriente, while Mexico's GIA owns the other half. The consortium has sought financing since at least April 2016, when it was in negotiatio
