Phoenix Tower and Vidroporto have recently sold debenture in Brazil's capital markets, according to the companies' legal advisor, TozziniFreire.
Phoenix Tower raised BRL150m ($38.4m) from the sale of seven-year notes, while Vidroporto earned BRL200m ($51.2m) from six-year paper.
