Consorcio Línea 2, a consortium with Brazil's Odebrecht and Spain's FCC, has presented the best offer to add an extension to Line 2 of the Panama metro system.
Consorcio Línea Aeropuerto, a team with Spain's OHL and Portugal's Mota-Engil, placed second behind Odebrecht and FCC, while the Spanish infrastructure developer Acciona came in third, Metro de Panamá said in a press release.
Odebrecht and FCC offered to build the line for $103m and earned the highest score on the technical proposal. OHL
