CCR has won the highway concession contract for the Rodovia de Integração do Sul (RIS) in Brazil, beating offers from four other bidders, the national ground transportation agency ANTT said.
CCR offered to charge tolls of BRL4.31 ($1.16), a 40.5% discount on the BRL7.24 in the tolls suggested by ANTT in the tender documents.
Pátria Investimentos offered a discount of 38.7%, while EcoRodovias pitched a discount of 37%, Sacyr 27.4% and the consortium Integra Sul 27.2%.
