Voters in a two-day referendum have approved 10 policy proposals in Mexico, including plans to construct a new railway line across five southeastern states and build a new oil refinery in Tabasco. The so-called Tren Maya received support from 89.9% of voters in the public consultation held over the weekend, the next administration said in a statement.
