The Mexican government will tell bondholders next month how — and whether — it plans to compensate them for financing the cancelled airport project in Mexico City, LatinFinance has heard.
"There will be an indication about whether they will include a sum linked to the cancellation in next year's budget on December 15," said Moody's analyst Adrián Garza. "We will have to see how much money there is and where it will go because there are bondholders, contractors and other investors."
