Brazil's Banco BMG has started talks over an IPO, picking five underwriters and filing public documentation with Brazil's regulator CVM.
JPMorgan, Citi, Itau, Banco Plural and XP Investimentos will lead proceedings, according to a securities filing.
The IPO will likely comprise primary and secondary shares, ECM sources said.
